Return & Refund Policy – Little Locket Photo Magnets

At Little Locket, each photo magnet is custom-made with care and created just for you. Because our products are personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@littlelocket.us with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly after your order is placed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom photo magnets cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as customer error in uploaded photos, size, or design choices.
